Nous House is owned, operated and co-located with Nous Group, a multi-award winning Australian owned management consulting firm.
The idea for Nous House sprung from Nous Group’s experience working with a broad range of clients across many different industries. Through our interactions with organisations of different shapes and sizes, we realised the value of cross-industry collaboration.
In designing Nous House, we envisaged a co-working community where different businesses – with some intrinsic similarities – could operate alongside each other, and benefit from the diversity of their combined skill sets, networks and ideas. We wanted to create a place that helps people and organisations thrive – by enabling them to perform at their best and achieve the influence they pursue.
Nous Group is also multi-award winning employer, having been recognised as a Great Place To Work in 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2013.
We knew we had something positive to share, and wanted to make the things that make us ‘Great’ accessible to other organisations. In designing Nous House we took inspiration from the best parts of Nous’ culture and the most valued aspects of Nous’ workspace design and infrastructure to come up with a co-working offer that is truly unique and special.
Over the course of a year a team of Nous consultants worked together with external experts and focus groups to design, develop, promote and launch Nous House.
The first Nous House was opened in Sydney in September 2016, followed by locations in Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra in 2017. Here is what some of our members have to say about working at Nous House:
